Things to accomplish before I start living the life of toxicity:

• Learn how to surf and wakeboard.
• Go skinny dipping.
• Travel to places without my parents or any relatives.
• Go mountain climbing.
• Confess to Master T.
• Re-learn how to drive. (This should be accomplished within 2010.)
• Treat myself to a Spa.
• Drink too much and pass out.
• Go cliff-diving.
• TRAVEL. TRAVEL. TRAVEL.
• Spend my birthday with the less fortunate.
• Attend at least 10 Medical missions.
• Learn how to do CPR.
• Learn how to circumcise.
• Attend interesting seminars and lectures even if it's not required in class.

Another semester is about to start. I'll still be taking 2nd year subjects because I wasn't able to take them all last year due to Anatomy. I even failed two subjects - Clinical Pathology and Parasitology - last school year because damn, I can't understand why we have to study them. Hahaha! :)) I just hate those two subjects and when I start hating subjects, I study them less; hence, I tend to fail them.

But it will be different this semester because the subjects that I'll be taking are really Medical fields, i.e. Obstetrics, Pathology, Behavioral Medicine, and Pediatrics - subjects that I see the essence of studying for. That's why I am very excited to start this semester. It would really feel like I'm studying to be a doctor! ♥


Sometimes, life has to slap you hard on the face before you realize what you're neglecting.

Very obvious as it seems, but it's just this year that I realized that I have to WORK HARD and STUDY SMARTLY because nothing comes easy anymore. Medical school is not like highschool, or even college, that I'll pass whether I exert an effort or not. It's not even enough to have a high IQ anymore. LMAO :))


Anyway, I'll be having Pharmacology as a subject this semester too, and it's known to have delayed a lot of students. Ack! I hope everything goes well *crosses fingers* because I want to graduate soon and wear that freaking white coat already.



I've been wanting to blog all summer but I couldn't find a topic that I'd be so enthusiastic to write about until last night. Last night, I got a text message from my boyfriend saying that his dad has given him his passbook which has 125K. He was surprised because he didn't know that his parents were saving up money on his name. His dad gave it to him so he can buy the Alienware laptop that he wanted but instead of using the money, he decided to save it for our future. He knew it's not much but still, he wanted it spent on the things we have planned to do.

And I couldn't be more thankful enough that he is who he is.

I guess we'll really be going to Italy on 2013 for our secret wedding on the Lake Como specifically on Villa del Balbianello where Anakin Skywalker and Padme got married. Hehehe :))
