I have not written anything sensible for the longest time already. Geez.
Let me attempt...

Last night, I had football training. Everything was going well - I was running fast, defending nicely, and dribbling the ball throughout the field. And then, my teammate-opponent tripped me. Oh sh*t. My knees and hands grazed the ground so subsequently, I got a bruise on my left knee. I know this always happen on football because it's a contact sport, but it was my first time in the 3 years that I've been playing.

So what happens after I check if there was blood? I can't cry and stop playing for a non-life threatening bruise.

All there is to do is to stand up and continue playing the game...

This goes to every single difficulty we encounter everyday. We can't just complain, whine, and sulk. We can't give up and stop living because even if we do that, the world won't stop with us and  it won't stop revolving for us - that would just be a total waste of time. We have to get over it, move on and be better.
